Before Session
Pay As You Book
Collective PH practices a Pay As You Book Policy. Bookings without payment will be automatically deleted. For questions or concerns about payment, kindly contact us before booking.
Refund/Cancellation
Should the Client wish to cancel an appointment, we should be informed within three (3) days after the booking was made. After this period please note that all services that require advance payment in full are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Grace Period
The Client is given a grace period of fifteen (15) minutes from the starting time of the appointment. If the Client fails to enter the appointment within the said grace period, the practitioner has the liberty to drop the call. Please note that in these instances, the appointment will still be charged full price and will be nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Rescheduling/No-show Clients
Clients should make a rescheduling request three (3) days prior to the initial appointment schedule.
In the occasion that the Client misses their appointment or fails to make a rescheduling request three (3) days prior, the appointment will still be charged full price and will be nonrefundable and nontransferable. The Client will instead receive an offline general reading to be fulfilled depending on the availability of the Practitioner.
For any events beyond the reasonable control, not limited to “Acts of God”, including power interruption, natural calamities, medical emergencies, and the likes of, the appointment may still be rescheduled albeit not following the 3-day rule but only upon the Practitioner’s discretion.
Special Bookings
Any appointment requested outside the Practitioner’s working schedule should be booked five (5) days prior to the desired schedule unless requested by the Practitioner themself. Collective PH does not entertain rushed bookings.
Non-disclosure Agreement
All readings, live or through PDF Format, are bound by a Non-disclosure Agreement. Without mutual consent, neither the Practitioner nor the Client shall disclose to any other person, information that has been made available through any of the services rendered by any of the Practitioners under Collective PH. Proceeding to receive service from our Practitioners will be taken as a sign of agreement to abide by the NDA. Violation of any form, especially detrimental usage of any of the confidential information, may lead to legal action.
During Session
Sacred Space
The Client is expected to stay in a private area, with as minimal distractions and noise as possible, to preserve the Practitioner’s Sacred Space during an appointment. Although appointments are done online, it is important to bear in mind that the Client is entering a spiritual space that allows the Practitioner to perform divination and connect to Higher Beings. The Client is expected to treat the session with reverence.
Karmic Debt
Collective PH observes the principle of Karmic Debt. Some methods of mysticism or mediumship may not be permitted unless vital to the reading. This includes, but is not limited to, communing with the dead, past life reading, and connecting with higher powers and energies outside the immediate scope of reality.

Collective PH is a spiritual agency that offers life guidance to its clients. For any medical questions or concerns, we advise that you seek help from a licensed medical professional.
Right to Refuse
The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse the Client before or during an appointment should the latter exhibit poor or misaligned conduct. Although the nature of our work is connected beyond the mundane, it is expected that the Client observes basic decency and respect.
Consent from Other Party/ies Involved
For readings that involve another person such as Relationship readings, the Client should provide proof of consent from the partner. Without this consent, the Practitioner can only give information from the Client’s personal perspective.
Offline Readings & Store Items

Collective PH practices a Pay As You Order Policy. Orders without payment will be automatically deleted within 24 hours. For questions or concerns about payment, kindly contact us before ordering.
Refund/Cancellation
Due to the nature of the products, offline readings and other store items are nonrefundable and non-transferrable.
Product Usage & Reasonable Expectations
Order fulfillment is to be expected five to seven (5-7) days after purchase, sent to the Client via email. Offline readings and other store items are intended for personal use. The Client is expected to have spent satisfactory amount of time reviewing the website and has a reasonable expectation that the products may produce different outcomes and results for each Client.
Non-disclosure Agreement
Offline readings and other store items are bound by a Non-disclosure Agreement. Without mutual consent, neither the Practitioner nor the Client shall disclose to any other person, information that has been made available through any of the orders fulfilled by any of the Practitioners under Collective PH. Proceeding to receive products from our Practitioners will be taken as a sign of agreement to abide by the NDA. Violation of any form, especially detrimental usage of any of the confidential information, may lead to legal action.
